I wanted to thank you for a wonderful first year. We signed the management agreement about a year ago. It has been great! My only regret is that we did not retain your services earlier. I appreciate all the quick responses and helpful attitudes of you and your employees. There have been a couple of times I would not have known who to call to fix a problem. When a problem comes up in the house now, I know it will only take one call. I know now that the problem will be fixed right the first time and quickly. Thanks to you our house is not only safer but looks and works better for all of us. Please let everyone from your company know that they are appreciated. I look forward to working with you for years to come.

We recently had a fire at our house and want to thank Todd Cosgrove and his colleagues at Piedmont Facilities Management for the very fine job they did of reconstruction. Todd was extremely responsive to our needs and all of the workmen who came to our home did a very professional job and were pleasant to have around. We look forward to using them now for our normal maintenance needs.
